Website information
Accessibility
Massage and Wellness by Nona is committed to providing a welcoming and usable website experience for all visitors, including people with disabilities.
Our commitment
Massage and Wellness by Nona is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Accessibility target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. This target guides our ongoing work; it is not a certification or a guarantee that every page is free from accessibility barriers.
Measures we take
As the website evolves, we work to support:
- Keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus
- Clear headings, labels, links, and page structure
- Readable color contrast and text that can be resized
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Responsive layouts and reduced-motion preferences
- Ongoing review of content, forms, and common visitor tasks
Feedback and assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need help booking an appointment, please call or text (970) 623-5425 or use our contact form. If possible, tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and what device or assistive technology you were using. You are not required to disclose a disability.
We will review your feedback and work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.
Third-party services and known limitations
Online scheduling is provided by MassageBook, and maps and public reviews may be provided by Google. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may not offer the same level of accessibility as this website. If a third-party feature is difficult to use, call or text Nona for assistance or an alternate way to complete the task.
We continue to review older images, embedded content, and newly added website features. Please contact us if you find an issue that is not listed here.
Appointment accommodations
Please contact Nona before your visit to discuss mobility, positioning, communication, sensory, or other access needs. We will work with you to understand your needs and discuss reasonable options for your appointment.
